This is honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten!!!! Brava Bistro is on 17th Ave. SW again in a trendy part of town in Calgary. These mussels have it all. From the crispy perfectly done pomme frites to the garlicky aioli adorning the top, down to the bottom of the bowl where a creamy heavenly sauce resides. The mussels are surrounded in wonderful tastes for your palate. I have had these time and time again and they never fail to delight. I would love to try and replicate this recipe but I doubt they would ever be the same. If you are lucky enough to reside here or are visiting they are a must!!! Enjoy!!!
