It’s official!!!! I am starting my first cookbook in a series of cookbooks. The first one is going to be Noshing With The Nolands, Appetizers and Cocktails. This may be one of my favourite topics. I love making little nibbles with great flavour. We also have been doing cocktails for all of our dinner parties. Something special that you wouldn’t normally have. I will keep you posted to my progress, my highs and my lows. Cheers, Tara

Well I have to say things are slow in this department. I need to clone myself to get everything done that I want to. I will be back on this but I have to get my photos good enough for the cookbook too!!

Congrats on the new pursuit. Let me know when it is done. I collect cookbooks and probably have over 2000. I read everyone of them and mark the recipes I want to try and then put notes of changes I make. Can’t wait to read yours. Glad you are going to do it as a real book,. The Internet is good, but I like being able to have it in the kitchen while I am cooking.
