Here is another fine restaurant!! I had the enjoyment of noshing on some great sushi the other day to celebrate Tammy’s birthday. Wow, thirty again??? LOL Upon entering we were happily greeted and shown to a lovely little booth. The decor is nice and contemporary with a lovely touch of Japan with cherry blossom trees. The staff are friendly and attentive. A huge party was taking up most of the staff’s time but with only an occasional request for water our service was very good. Our meal started off with spicy tuna and toro, both were excellent. With that we also had chili prawns which were spicy, crispy and sweet, so good!! We then moved onto a lovely mix of vegetable tempura which was so attractively displayed. Yummo!! Next we dove into an Aburi Beef Roll which has lightly seared beef on the top and pineapple inside. A very nice combination. We were still a little hungry so we then ordered the Aburi Tuna Roll, done similarly to the beef roll and The Rainbow Roll. The Rainbow roll has tamago, avocado, cucumber and crab on the inside and avocado, tuna, salmon and shrimp wrapped on the outside. WOW!! Okay we over did it and had to take some home which my family was very thrilled with. Their rolls are so beautiful as you can see in the pictures. A lovely lunch all in all.
