Ruth's Chris Copycat Sweet Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

Sweet Potatoes

Butter

Half and Half Cream

Salt

Brown Sugar

All Purpose Flour

Pecans

Mash soft baked sweet potatoes with the butter, cream and salt.

Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly.

Add the pecans and mix together.

Place on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake until the edges are bubbling and the topping lightly browned.

Serve immediately.
