I am off for a few days to Chicago to have a very needed visit with my Ontario peeps!! I don’t get to see these gals very often as they are thousands of miles away. In saying this, while I am seeing the sites of Chicago, I have a guest blogger for you today. One that I have known for a long time now, since the beginning of blogging. Jennifer has a great site over at Peanut Butter and Peppers. I asked her if she would make one of her amazing smoothies for you here today and she sure did. Thank you so much Jennifer!!! It looks delicious!!
Hi Everyone,
I am Jennifer from Peanut Butter and Peppers. Thank you for having me here at Noshing with the Nolands while Tara takes a little time off. One thing that I just love in the spring and summer is a nice, refreshing, natural smoothie! I make them all of the time and I even have a weekly post called Smoothie Monday! So for today I have for you a simple, flavorful smoothie that will please your taste buds, this is my Blueberry Mango Smoothie.
This smoothie tastes amazing with a nice blueberry flavor, a hint of mango and a pinch of honey to sweeten it all up! I also used unsweetened coconut milk to make it lactose intolerant, vegan and gluten free. However non-fat milk would be amazing in this recipe too! Actually any milk that you love will work beautifully in this smoothie.
Minutes to Prepare: 5

Blueberry Mango Smoothie

I want to thank you again for having me here today! I just love Tara’s blog and all of her fabulous recipes! Thank you Tara for asking me to guest post for you! You know I am going to be asking you soon too! 🙂
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
