Blueberry Smoothie with Healthy Crumble Topping
I love smoothies but sometimes they just aren’t enough on their own to keep you going all morning long. This Blueberry Smoothie with Healthy Crumble Topping will fill you up and give you energy for the whole morning!!
I am not a nutritionist, but I know what tastes good, I love these little hemp hearts that are in the topping. Along with the sunflower seeds, they pack a punch of protein, essential fats and vitamins and they will fill you up.
Munch away on the topping with a spoon and then slurp down your smoothie. What a fabulous breakfast, ENJOY!!!
You can add just about anything you like to your smoothie. That’s what is really great about them, there aren’t any rules when it comes to the ingredients!
Simple, fast and easy to make. You can have this blueberry breakfast whipped up in no time!!

Blueberry Smoothie with Healthy Crumble Topping
A quick and healthy breakfast awaits you in this morning smoothie!!
Ingredients
- Crumble Topping (makes enough for two)
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 honey sesame snap
- Smoothie (makes for one)
- 1/3 cup Greek lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup skim milk, more if it is too thick
- heaping 1/3 cup blueberries
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Whirl topping mix in a small blender or food processor. Set aside.
- Mix ingredients for the smoothie in the blender and whirl.
- Top with half the topping.
