I am more than thrilled with this “burning down the kitchen interview” and to have been interviewed by Cravings of a Lunatic and to be spoken of so highly.

I got to know Kim shortly after I started blogging and her site, Craving of a lunatic is fantastic. The name of her blog is great too, as it really does describe a lot of the bloggers out there today! It takes a special type if person to blog. After all, you are putting a piece of yourself out there each time you post something to your blog. There it is, for all the world to see everything you have on your blog.

When Kim approached me about doing an interview I jumped a the chance! Who Wouldn’t, I mean really!
