A luscious smoothie that screams vacation with it's pineapple coconut flavors.
  • 1 cup ice divided
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 rings pineappple, fresh or canned
  • 2 Tbsp. pinepple juice, fresh or canned
  1. Place ½ cup of ice in a blender or Magic Bullet, followed by the yogurt, pineapple and pineapple juice. Top with the remaining ½ cup of ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
