The Cobb salad is an entree and an American garden salad using superior quality Janes Cracked Black Pepper Whole Chicken Fillets. These easy to cook fillets are a time saver that also provide your family with wonderful nutrition.
Ingredients
  • 4-5 Janes Cracked Black Pepper Whole Chicken Fillets, cooked per package, cooled and sliced
  • 2 small heads of romaine lettuce, washed and cut up
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 large ripe tomato, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 5 slices good quality bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled, I used Saint Agur which is mild and creamy
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 pkg. ranch sauce by Janes, included with the chicken
Instructions
  1. Place the romaine lettuce in a large serving dish and toss with the arugula. Line the chicken down the center and then to one side the tomatoes, eggs and bacon. To the other side the avocado, blue cheese and cucumber. Just before serving drizzle on one package of the ranch sauce and serve.
