This Brain Power Smoothie will get you headed in the right direction for back to school with all of its brain enhancing yet delicious ingredients.
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Small handful baby kale or spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 small ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients into the Hamilton Beach® Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid. Whirl until completely blended. Stir and whirl again as needed.
