Smoked Pork Loin Roast
Ken is back at it with the smoker with this Smoked Pork Loin Roast and we are all thrilled. This was a lovely roast done to perfection. Moist and tender and spicy on the outside. We have an electric meat slicer which is a great investment!! the electric smoker is quick and easy to use and is great for a beginner or someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time babysitting the smoker.
On the other hand, if you like to sit beside your smoker all day long then maybe you should check out a different type of smoker.
You can get the exact slices just like the deli can give you. I love meat when it is sliced nice and thin. This is also fantastic for leftovers or to make fabulous sandwiches throughout the week!! The smoker is such a great investment also. It is not time-consuming at all and is so versatile!!! I am sure you will see lots more coming out of that smoker over the summer months.
You can make a batch of the rub and keep it in an airtight container for a couple of months. it is great to have on hand not only for smoking meats but also for BBQing or grilling.
