Braised Short Ribs (Instant Pot)

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil

Medium Onion

Celery

Large Carrots

Red Wine

Soy Sauce

Fish Sauce

Rosemary

Oregano

Kosher Salt

Minced Garlic

Black Pepper

Short Ribs

Brown Sugar

Beef Broth

Cornstarch

Cold Water

Balsamic Vinegar

In Instant Pot set on saute, add olive oil and brown short ribs on all sides.

Remove ribs and set aside. Saute onion and garlic.

Add in the carrots, celery, oregano, and rosemary and saute.

Pour in the wine and deglaze. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and beef broth.

Add the beef ribs back in and pressure cook as per instructions.

Remove ribs and bring sauce to a boil. Prepare cornstarch mixture and add to sauce.

Season well and serve over your favorite creamy mashed potatoes.
