Ice cream week has to be the best week ever! A whole week of ice cream? Yeah, definitely the best! My favorite ice cream has to be the Coconut Seven Layer Bar Ice Cream I tried at Ben and Jerry’s a few weeks ago while at the beach (you have to get ice cream when you’re at the beach; there’s just no way you can skip it!) I oh-so-badly want to make it (especially with school coming up, I’ll need a comfort food like that!) but I have one huge problem that haunts me: I don’t have an ice cream machine! I’ve tried making no-churn ice creams, but they didn’t turn out like the real thing 🙁 Hopefully August 31 will change that, though!
