Mix the stuffing ingredients together. Mix the hamburger ingredients in a bowl.
Divide into 6 portions and then divide each portion in half. On plastic wrap make two even patties with each half.
Place 2-3 tsp. of the stuffing in the middle of one of the burgers and top with the second using the plastic wrap to help you lift up the burgers. Pinch the edge together to seal. Repeat for the other 5 burgers.
BBQ on medium until cooked through. Top with your favorite cheese like swiss, havarti or cheddar.
Serve on the hamburger bun with your favorite toppings like onion, tomato, lettuce, pickle, ketchup, mayonnaise, relish and mustard.
