Korean Salad for Summer Chillin' #SundaySupper

A delicious summer salad for those hot summer days!!

Ingredients
 

Salad

  • 1-2 heads of leaf lettuce
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 small can waterchestnuts
  • 3 green onion chopped
  • Crispy chow mein noodles

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 small onion grated
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients into a jar and shake well. Mix salad ingredients together. Top with the crunchy chow mein noodles and pour on as much dressing as desired. Serve at once.
