- 1/2 ripe cantaloupe diced
- 1/2 POM pomegranate seeded
- 1/4 cup sweet onion diced
- 1/2 large jalapeno veined, seeded and minced
- 1/4 roughly chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Drizzle good quality olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips
