Instructions
Make chocolate cake cupcakes according to box instructions and allow to cool completely.
Pipe frosting onto cupcakes with a large star tip to create a soft swirl of frosting on top of each cupcake.
Cut 24 Oreos in half using a serrated knife. Place an oreo half on each side of the frosting swirl, securing them by tucking into the frosting for the bat wings.
In between the two oreo wings, and the top center of the swirl, place a pair of eyes, just tucking the bottoms into the frosting to secure.
