This Amazing Mint Chocolate Pie is perfect for the holiday season. The combination of mint and chocolate is a classic flavor and enjoyed by so many. This pie is fudgy, rich, and will kill that holiday sweet tooth.

pie crust

unsweetened dark chocolate

cup
unsalted butter
1
cup
granulated sugar
2
large eggs
beaten
¼
cup
flour
1
teaspoon
mint extract
or peppermint extract
¼
teaspoon
table salt
½
cup
mint chocolate candy baking chips
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate and butter on medium-low heat.
Add sugar, eggs, flour, mint extract, and salt. Mix with a wire whisk.
Pour filling into prepared, unbaked pie crust, and spread to cover the bottom.
Sprinkle mint chocolate chips on top of pie filling.
Bake pie for 45-55 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the edges of the filling start to crack.
Let stand at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with whipped cream, mint chocolate candy curls, and chocolate syrup.
