Air Fryer Baby Potatoes Recipe

If you love crispy roasted potatoes but want a quicker cooking method, these air fryer roasted baby potatoes will quickly become a go-to favorite. Great for weeknight cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1/2 lbs. Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Start by washing and cutting all of the baby potatoes in half.
  • Place them in a bowl, and then add the rest of the ingredients and stir until all potatoes are coated.
  • Place all coated potatoes in the air fryer at 390℉ and air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Allow to cool slightly before enjoying!

*Notes:

  • - These potatoes taste best fresh from the air fryer! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
