Avocado Ranch Dressing

A rich and luscious avocado dressing ideal for ranch lovers! This dressing will liven up any salad, but also try it on chicken, fish, beef and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt full fat or low fat
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or one garlic clove
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
  • 4-6 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust for your desired consistency by adding extra milk to make it thinner or more mayonnaise or olive oil to make it thicker.
  • Incorporate fresh herbs and pulse one or two times.
  • Transfer the ranch avocado dressing to an airtight glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
