A rich and luscious avocado dressing ideal for ranch lovers! This dressing will liven up any salad, but also try it on chicken, fish, beef and more!

Ingredients

large ripe avocado
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt
full fat or low fat
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
1 1/2

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

garlic powder
or one garlic clove

fresh chives
chopped

tbsp
fresh dill
chopped

fresh parsley

ground

Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Adjust for your desired consistency by adding extra milk to make it thinner or more mayonnaise or olive oil to make it thicker.
Incorporate fresh herbs and pulse one or two times.
Transfer the ranch avocado dressing to an airtight glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
