Catalina Dressing Recipe
This classic Catalina dressing is sweet and tangy. It’s smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced, with that signature ketchup-vinegar base and a warm hit of smoked paprika. Everything blends up in minutes, then gets even better after a short chill. Drizzle it over crisp salads, use it as a marinade, or sandwich dressing.
