Easy Bat Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 thin chocolate wafer cookies
  • 12 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups
  • 24 candy eyeballs
  • Melted chocolate or chocolate icing
  • Red gel
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate wafers in half. Melt chocolate if using in a microwave safe dish.
  • Unwrap the Reese's peanut butter cups and have the eyeballs ready.
  • First attach the wings with the melted chocolate or chocolate icing to the larger side of the peanut butter cup and set them on a cookie sheet to dry.
  • Carefully add a small amount of icing or melted chocolate to the underside of the eyeballs and attach to the small side of the peanut butter cup.
  • Add a dot of the red gel for the mouth. Let completely set before serving. Store in a container with a tightly covered lid.
