Extra Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Extra Crispy Roasted Potatoes are simple to make with a tip using cornstarch; extra flavor is added with garlic powder, Kosher salt and pepper. To finish these potatoes off, they are fried up perfectly in a little olive oil in your oven. Nothing can be easier to get delicious Little Potatoes on the table.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Little Potato Company's Dynamic Duo potatoes cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  • 2. Spread the cut potatoes out on a large baking sheet.
  • 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss with your hands to coat.
  • 4. In a small bowl, mix together the corn starch, garlic powder, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper.
  • 5. Sprinkle over the potatoes and using your hands, toss gently again to coat.
  • 6. Bake for 20 minutes, turn the potatoes, and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
