- 1.5 lbs Little Potato Company's Dynamic Duo potatoes cut in half
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Spread the cut potatoes out on a large baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss with your hands to coat.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the corn starch, garlic powder, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper.
5. Sprinkle over the potatoes and using your hands, toss gently again to coat.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, turn the potatoes, and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
