Peel of 1 lemon

dry oregano

red pepper flakes

fresh thyme or rosemary

black pepper
freshly cracked
Crusty bread
for serving
Instructions
Pat the feta dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
In a clean jar or small container, layer the feta with garlic slices, lemon zest, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
Pour olive oil over everything until the feta is fully submerged.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, ideally 24 hours, for the flavors to fully infuse.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
