- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a blender on medium-high speed, blend together the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth; the mixture will appear creamy.
Pour your dole-whip mixture into a loaf pan and place it in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes. This allows the pineapple whip to set before being served.
