Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a blender on medium-high speed, blend together the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth; the mixture will appear creamy.
