Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Mix the Base

  • Add Greek yogurt to a medium bowl. Whisk in lemon juice and olive oil until smooth.
  • It should look creamy and slightly loosened, not runny.

Build the Flavor

  • Stir in minced shallot, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  • Make sure the shallot is finely minced. Big pieces overpower the dressing.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the dressing. Adjust salt, dill, or lemon if needed.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors settle.
