6medium potatoes boiled whole in salted watercooled and large cubed
3hard boiled eggschopped
2green onionschopped
1large celery stalkchopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 - 1cupmayonnaise
1Tbsp.white vinegar
1tsp.sugar
1tsp.dried mustard
3Tbsp.dill pickle relish
Celery leaves for garnish
Instructions
To a large bowl, add the potatoes, green onions, celery and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard and dill pickle relish. Add to the potatoes and mix gently. Garnish with celery leaves. Chill before serving.
