This Frozen Lemonade Pie was a fun experiment for JB and Jamie Royer. It has now become a fun favorite. Your taste buds are in for a great surprise with a cool tart zing.

LEMONADE PIE FILLING 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 can pink lemonade concentrate 8 oz. tub Cool Whip 1 lemon sliced (optional)) GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
To make the graham cracker crust. Preheat the oven to 325F. Crush graham crackers in a blender.
Mix together the crushed graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter.
Press into a 10" pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
To make the lemonade pie filling. Mix all ingredients together and pour the filling into the pie crust.
Freeze for 4-6 hours. Chill until ready to serve or serve from frozen.
Garnish with sliced lemon.
