Frozen Lemonade Pie

This Frozen Lemonade Pie was a fun experiment for JB and Jamie Royer. It has now become a fun favorite. Your taste buds are in for a great surprise with a cool tart zing.

Ingredients

LEMONADE PIE FILLING

  • 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can pink lemonade concentrate
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • 1 lemon sliced (optional))

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • To make the graham cracker crust. Preheat the oven to 325F. Crush graham crackers in a blender.
  • Mix together the crushed graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter.
  • Press into a 10" pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • To make the lemonade pie filling. Mix all ingredients together and pour the filling into the pie crust.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours. Chill until ready to serve or serve from frozen.
  • Garnish with sliced lemon.
