Air Fryer Diner Home Fries

These Air Fryer Diner Home Fries are like a restaurant-style side dish that everyone loves. Golden browned crispy potatoes with bits of slightly charred onions and peppers will have you coming back for more. The best part is that you use way less oil in your air fryer, so go ahead and have seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs bag of Morning Pearl Little Potatoes diced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Place the cubed potatoes in a large bowl, add the olive oil, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the potatoes to coat.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees, and then pour the seasoned potatoes into the basket of your air fryer.
  • Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Add the onions and peppers to the basket and continue to cook for another 15-17 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through again.
  • The potatoes should be soft and golden browned with small charred bits from the onion and peppers.
