Ingredients

  • 1 cans pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 can pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 330* for 5 minutes.
  • Remove biscuits pieces from the can. Cut each biscuit into quarter sections and roll it into balls. Repeat with cinnamon rolls. Set icing aside.
  • Place dried cranberries into a shallow pan. Roll biscuit balls into the cranberries to allow them to stick to the biscuits. Press gently to adhere.
  • Spray a 7 or 8” bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray (whichever fits well in your air fryer). Add a layer of the biscuits to the bottom, then a layer of the cinnamon rolls. Top with 1/4 of the cranberry sauce and repeat.
  • In a small mixing bowl, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the bundt pan. Cover with foil.
  • Place into the air fryer and cook for 24 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool. Flip upside down onto a serving plate and drizzle (you may need to heat) the included icing over the top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with cranberries. Enjoy!

Notes

FOR THE OVEN

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bake on the center rack for 35 minutes.
If you don’t have a bundt pan the monkey bread can be made in a loaf pan or cake pan.
