Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Creamy and tangy blue cheese dressing. It's versatile and so flavorful. Use it with salads, as a creamy dip or drizzle it over wings or steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove grated
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp water or milk to thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small food processor. Blend until smooth. You can add more blue cheese in chunks on top or mixed throughout.
  • Taste and adjust saltness and thickness. Add a splash of water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Drizzle it over a salad or wings.
