Ingredients

olive oil
extra virgin

Greek yogurt

fresh lemon juice

Dijon mustard

garlic clove
grated

crumbled blue cheese
1-2
tbsp
water or milk
to thin
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a small food processor. Blend until smooth. You can add more blue cheese in chunks on top or mixed throughout.
Taste and adjust saltness and thickness. Add a splash of water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
Drizzle it over a salad or wings.
