Blue Hawaiian Cocktail Recipe

This tropical, ocean blue cocktail will instantly transport you to an island paradise. With light rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice, this refreshing cocktail is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces Blue Curacao Liqueur 2 tsp. of a non-alcoholic blue curacao syrup
  • 2 ounces cream of coconut 2 tsp. if you like it less creamy for a mocktail
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce coconut water
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • Top with lemon lime soda Olipop or Zevia
  • Garnishes - maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, orange slice, and a cocktail umbrella.

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients besides the lemon lime soda to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into glasses filled with ice, then top with lemon lime soda, and enjoy.
  • Optional garnishes include maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, orange slice, and a cocktail umbrella.
