Blueberry Milkshake

This Blueberry Milkshake is perfection using either fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries. Great way to eat your berries in the summer!! And we upped the game using ube ice cream too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ube ice cream or vanilla ice cream
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup skim or 2% milk more or less for desired consistency
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions

  • Add the first three ingredients to a blender and blend until really smooth. Pour into a glass or jar and add a dollop of whipped cream if desired and a paper or reusable straw.
  • You can double, triple, etc. the amount to make more milkshakes.
