Campari Spritz Recipe

In this classic Campari spritz cocktail, the bitterness of Campari is softened by dry prosecco and a splash of soda, creating a sophisticated drink that’s both refreshing and complex. Garnished with slices of orange, this Italian spritz is ideal for warm weather, happy hour, or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Campari
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • Splash of soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice chopped into half moons
  • Extra orange peel or wedges as garnish.

Instructions

  • Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Then, pour in 2 oz of Campari.
  • Add 3 oz of Prosecco (adjust this amount to taste). Top the drink with a splash of soda water.
  • Add two thin orange slices per glass and mix.
  • Finally, garnish with an orange wedge or orange peel and serve.
