Cucumber Salad Recipe

This salad has a fantastically crisp, tart flavor that you are going to love! Plus, it takes no time to prepare but has a really big flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups sliced cucumber
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir well until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
  • Add the sliced cucumber and chopped fresh dill to the bowl. Gently toss together until evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or overnight, to let the flavors develop.
