This Easy Oreo Pumpkin Pie Fudge is a fun way to splash into fall. Have it for part of your Thanksgiving treats or for any fall day. Creamy spiced pumpkin fudge is brought up a notch with added vanilla Oreo cookies for a playful crunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 golden oreos

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 pan dish or pie pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, add sweetened condensed milk and stir in white chocolate.
  • Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring after each time and repeating until smooth and melted.
  • Stir in the pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Crush up half the Oreos and stir them into the fudge.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the pan.
  • Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the fudge is completely cooled or until fudge is set.
  • Cut into squares and serve!
