Our Everything Bagel Salmon is crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside, and topped with a creamy, tangy cream cheese sauce that brings all the classic bagel flavors to life. Serve it with the Lox-inspired salad for a full meal.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Pat salmon dry and place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Rub each fillet with olive oil. Then, sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel Seasoning, pressing it lightly onto the surface.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until flaky and cooked through.
Make the Cream Cheese Sauce
In a bowl or small food processor, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic. Add milk or water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the sauce becomes drizzleable. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make the salad
In a large bowl, add mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, thinly sliced radish and capers.
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad lightly.
Assembly
Divide the salad among plates or serve salmon in a large dish over the salad. Drizzle generously with the cream cheese sauce. Add a few extra capers or fresh dill for garnish and serve.
