These Goat Cheese Wrapped Grapes are a simple, elegant appetizer made with juicy grapes, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy nuts. Perfect for parties, holiday gatherings, and charcuterie boards.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, and Za’atar together until well blended.
Take a small amount of the cheese mixture and wrap it around a grape and roll it into a ball.
Place the wrapped grapes on a parchment-lined tray or baking sheet. Repeat until you have coated all the grapes.
Chill the wrapped grapes in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
While the grapes chill, chop the pistachios with a knife or a food processor. You want the nuts chopped very fine as they stick better to the cheese.
Once the grapes have cooled, roll them in the chopped pistachios, making sure the balls are completely covered with the chopped nuts. Place them back on the same tray or baking sheet and return them to the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes to chill and firm up.
Serve them immediately, or transfer them to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
