- 22 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1/4 cup mini Oreo cookies
- 2 tsp Halloween Sprinkles
- 1 tbsp Candy eyeballs various sizes
- orange food coloring
- purple food coloring
- Parchment paper
Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Chop both chocolates separately. Then, place them in a microwave-safe bowl, such as ceramic or glass. Microwave on medium-high heat for 30-40 seconds, and give it a stir. Repeat until the chocolate is fully melted. Be careful not to overheat it, or it could burn and become grainy.
Divide the melted white chocolate into three small bowls. Add some of the food coloring to two of them, leaving one plain, and mix. Add extra powder as needed to achieve the desired color.
Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and extend it to the sides. Then, while the chocolate is still melted, add teaspoons of purple, orange, and white chocolate around it. Using a toothpick or the tip of a knife, extend the colored and white chocolate around, making a swirl in your chocolate bark.
Finally, arrange your toppings over the chocolate while it is still wet so they stick. Let the chocolate harden to room temperature and refrigerate it for 20 minutes or until set.
