- 1 19 oz. can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained or two roasted red peppers
- 10 medium basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic minced
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce

- 2 boxes of Nairn's Oat Crackers
- Cheddar cheese cutouts optional
