Irish Baileys Cream Recipe

Easy-to-make homemade Baileys recipe. Sweet, boozy, and so delicious! Perfect for that after-dinner drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.
  • Let it sit for a few hours for the flavors to meld (if you can wait!). Shake well before serving.
