- 4 - 6 ounce salmon filets
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
- Parchment Paper
Green Beans
- 1 - 8 ounce package of pre-washed and trimmed green beans
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a 12×18″ baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the green beans around the outside of the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake the green beans in the oven for 10 minutes.
While the green beans are baking, mix the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Place the salmon fillets in the bowl to marinate, turning to coat completely.
After 10 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the salmon fillets in the middle of the baking sheet.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the salmon is between 110 – 125 degrees F.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
