Instructions
Preheat your oven to 275°F.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly mist with cooking spray.
Create 6 piles of 16 mini marshmallows on each baking sheet. Place 1 large marshmallow in the center of each pile.
Bake for 5–6 minutes, just until the marshmallows puff and melt together.
Do not overbake, or they will start to deflate and wrinkle. Won’t ruin the taste, but it won’t look as pretty!
While the marshmallows are baking, melt the chocolate chips: Microwave for 20 seconds, stir. Repeat 1–2 more times until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
Add 1-2 drops orange food dye and ½ teaspoon coconut oil to the white chocolate chips. Melt in the same way, stirring between intervals. Transfer to another piping bag and set aside.
Remove the marshmallows from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 6–8 minutes.
Unwrap the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and carefully cut each one in half. Each half will be used as a hat.
Snip a tiny opening in each piping bag (about the size of a pencil tip). Pipe: two eyes, a pebble mouth, a carrot nose, and stick arms.
Place a small dab of melted chocolate on top of the marshmallow and press on half of a Reese’s cup to secure the hat.*
Allow the decorations to set for about 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
Use a silicone spatula to gently lift each snowman and place into a mug of hot cocoa. Enjoy!
