Mixed Berry Smoothie

A bright and refreshing mixed berry smoothie made with juicy berries, creamy yogurt, and a touch of honey. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick, healthy boost!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 2 cups milk whole, 2%, coconut or almond (add more milk if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large blender.
  • Blend on low speed, increasing to high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and blended. This may take 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
