Teriyaki Skillet Burgers
These juicy, flavorful Teriyaki Skillet Burgers are made up in no time. Add frozen french fries and a bagged salad, and the whole meal is done in under 30 minutes.

- ½ sweet onion thinly sliced
- 4 Portobello mushrooms sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 frozen 6 oz sirloin burgers
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place a large skillet on the stovetop on high heat and melt the butter and immediately add the frozen burgers and cook for 2 minutes, then turn the burgers.
Scatter the onion and mushrooms around the burgers.
After 2 minutes, salt and pepper the burgers and turn the burgers again.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cooking for 4 minutes, stirring the onion and mushrooms frequently.
Turn the burgers again and cook for 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the burgers reach 160 degrees F. Continue to stir the onions and mushrooms often.
Return the heat to high and add the teriyaki sauce. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
Remove the burgers from the skillet and plate. Spoon the mushrooms and onions over the burgers.
Serve with a large green salad and fries.
