Start by adding your flour, baking soda, sugar and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Add in your eggs, strawberry extract, melted butter, and milk. Mix on high until well combined and smooth.
Pour batter into a piping bag, spray baking pan with Baker’s Joy cooking spray, and pipe batter into each well. Only fill wells just to halfway, otherwise they will spill over when baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, just until baked through. Do not overbake or they will become dry. Remove from the oven and let cool. Repeat until the batter is used up.
Place your melting chocolates into separate bowls (I do roughly a cup of each) and place each in the microwave one at a time. Microwave in one-minute intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. You can add a teaspoon of coconut oil to make melted chocolate smoother if you desire, but not necessary.
Place parchment paper under a wire rack. Dip the top half of each donut in melted chocolate and place on the wire rack to set. Decorate with sprinkles, or place some chocolate in a piping bag and decorate as desired. Get creative! The possibilities are endless.
Once chocolate has set, serve and enjoy. The perfect donut for Valentine’s Day!
