Ingredients

  • 1 lb White chocolate good quality finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup candied mango chopped
  • 1/2 cup candied pineapple

Instructions

  • Use a double boiler or microwave to melt the white chocolate until smooth. If using the microwave, check it and stir every 60-second rounds to avoid it from burning.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle dried cranberries, candied mango, candied pineapple, and mixed nuts evenly over the surface. Adjust the amount of toppings if desired.
  • Allow the bark to set in the fridge for 30–45 minutes until firm. Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!
