In addition, it is quick and easy to make and if you leave out the alcohol the kids will like it too!! I got this recipe from my great friend Cheryl whose daughter is bartending until she goes back to school in the fall.

Vanilla Pomegranate Mojito #BrunchWeek
Ingredients
- 1 oz. simple syrup equal amount of water and sugar simmered until clear and cooled
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. pomegranate juice
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a glass and muddle with a pestle.
- Add vanilla vodka and ice, top with club soda.
