Here we are with the last long weekend of summer. How did that happen? Well, it has been a quiet one around here, just lots of work, chatting with you every day. I loved my summer. Last year I ran the whole time so this was nice for a change. Great to relax and make recipes like these Finger-Lickin’ Chicken Drumettes!!

Amber has enjoyed herself too, saying that it was so nice to be just laid back. Ken has taken a few days off here and there, but just kind of staying close to home.

Barbequing is almost a daily event, like I am sure it is in so many homes. It is quick and easy and serves up some great flavor!! Ken came up with this BBQ sauce, and it is dynamite!! Finger-lickin’ good!! So much better than store-bought. Whip some together for this long weekend. It really doesn’t take that long and can be proud of a great sauce to serve your family or friends.

This is my second week at #SundaySupper, and I am very happy to be here. A great experience so far with a fabulous group of people. Come and check out all the contributions. We hope we can inspire you to try lots of them. Happy Labor Day Weekend to you all!!
